Spain Business Visa :

Valid Passport for 3 months from the return date,
One original type application form dully filled in and its should be signed with a blue ball-point pen by the applicant with a photo should be pasted / stuck & in visa form E mail address of Applicant with the telephone number,
Two latest photographs 3.5 cms x 4.5 cms with the head centered in the frame 80% face,
Covering letter from Indian company with mentioning the pax designation, Date of Joining & his Salary Or pax is doing a business then he pax to give Indian company registration copy Or If pax is partner of company then partnership deed copy,
Invitation letter from Spain in Spanish language,
Hotel confirmation as per the air ticket,
If working then Salary Slip for last 6 months,
Personal 3 yrs Income Tax Papers,
Original personal Bank Statements for last 06 months with the balance should be equivalent or above Euros €589.68 per person for a minimum period of stay. For longer stays applicants need to show an additional of approximately Euros €65.52 per day per applicant with bank seal and sign,
Pan card copy,
Overseas Mediclaim policy
