Belgium Business Visa Requirement:

1. Valid passport for 6 months from the date of return,
2. Application form is to be filled online. Click here https://visaonweb.diplomatie.be/,
3. Two color photos 35mm by 45mm white background 80% of the face should be seen,
4. Original Covering letter from Indian company on company letter head in detail have to mentioned the courier address,
5. Copy of Invitation letter from Belgium on company letterhead.
6. Personal Income tax papers for last 3 years,
7. Personal Bank Statement of last 6 months,
8. Salary Slips for last 3 months,
9. Overseas medical insurance as per the Air Tickets
10. Return Air ticket.
11. Covishield Certificate both dose with mention passport number

Austria Business:

Valid passport for 3 months from the date of return,
One visa form sign as per the passport,
Declaration sign as per the passport,
Two colour photos 35mm by 45mm white background 80% of the face should be seen,
Original Covering letter from Indian company on company letter head in detail ,
Copy of Invitation letter from Austria in detail,
Personal Income tax papers for last 3 years,
Personal Bank Statement of last 6 months,
Salary Slips for last 3 months,
Listed Overseas medical insurance as per the Air ticket List of Insurance is mentioned below,
Return Air ticket,
Company registration copy (Pls note company registration required in English language if company registration is different language so translate in 100rs stamp paper in English and do the Notary).

Final Covid-19 vaccination certificate with mention passport number

Pls note we can apply only those do have fully vaccinated both doses.

Pls note all applicant have to come personally for biometric at VFS Or if applicant had given the biometric within last 5 years then we can apply on applicant behalf.

Confirmed Hotel confirmation as per the air ticket,

If working then Salary Slips for last 3 months,
Listed Overseas medical insurance as per the Air ticket List of Insurance is mentioned below,
Return Air ticket,
Company registration copy if self-employed (Pls note company registration required in English language if company registration is different language so translate in 100rs stamp paper in English and do the Notary).
